Kheloyar Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use and Platform Policies

1. General Terms

• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Change your password regularly and never share it with anyone.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Kheloyar accounts cannot be sold, rented, or transferred. If such activity is proven, the account will be terminated.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals using another person's bank account or mobile wallet are not permitted.

When an account verification request is issued, the required documents must be submitted within 72 hours. Failure to verify within this period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Kheloyar:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Multiple payment methods are available, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed on your account before making a withdrawal.

• Bkash/Nagad/Rocket transactions are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• The maximum withdrawal via any payment method is limited to the amount deposited through that method — any remaining balance must be withdrawn through an alternative method.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Kheloyar runs various bonus and promotion offers from time to time. The following terms always apply when using these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only and applicable on the first deposit. Each person is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus comes with a wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by that number before any withdrawals can be made.
• Time Limit: Each bonus must be used within a specified period after it is activated. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
