After logging in to your kheloyar account, click your name or profile icon at the top of the dashboard. From there, "My Account" or "History" Go to section.
This section has two separate tabs. The first is Betting History — here you can see the date, amount, game name, result, and win/loss breakdown for every bet you've placed. The second one is Transaction History — This section contains a full record of all deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and adjustments.
Use the filters to search by date, amount, or game type. Records from the last 90 days are available directly. For older history, email support@kheloyar.onl — the support team will send you a report for the requested period.
When Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, you'll need to enter both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile each time you log in. This significantly increases the security of your account.
The steps to get started are:
1. Log in to your account and go to Settings.
2. Look for the "Security" tab.
3. Click on the "Two-Step Verification" or "Two-Factor Authentication" option.
4. Choose between two methods: SMS or an Authenticator app.
5. If you choose SMS, a code will be sent to your registered number — enter it to confirm.
6. Once complete, you'll receive a backup code — store it somewhere safe.

Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Resetting it on kheloyar is simple and completely secure.
Step 1: Go to the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link.
Step 2: Enter the mobile number or email address you used when registering.
Step 3: A reset link or OTP code will be sent to you by SMS or email — usually within 2 to 5 minutes.
Step 4: Click the link or enter the OTP, then set your new password.
Step 5: Log in with your new password.
If you no longer have access to your mobile number or email, contact support@kheloyar.onl directly. Once your identity is confirmed through KYC verification, the support team will help you recover your account manually. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Kheloyar's referral program rewards both you and your friend. When your friend signs up and makes their first qualifying deposit, bonus credits are added directly to your account.
How to Refer:
1. Log in to your account and go to the "Referral" or "Invite Friends" section.
2. Copy your unique referral link or code.
3. Send that link or code to your friend.
4. When your friend registers through that link and makes their first deposit — typically ৳200 or more — the referral bonus is credited to your account.

Steps to set a limit:
1. Log in to your account and go to the "Responsible Gaming" section under Settings.
2. Choose the limit type — deposit limit (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limit, or session time limit.
3. Enter the amount or time limit and click "Save".
Important: Limits decrease Takes effect immediately. Limit increase Requests take effect after 7 days — this delay is in place to prevent impulsive changes.

During live betting on kheloyar, real-time scores are displayed directly on the betting page. No need to open a separate tab or site.
How to view it:
1. From the menu Bet Go to section.
2. Look for the live icon next to ongoing matches in the list — click on that match.
3. Scores, time, cards, wickets, or points — real-time stats update continuously based on the type of sport being played.
4. If live streaming is available for a selected match, a video icon will appear — watch it for free as long as you have an active balance in your account.
